I had a feeling that the C-Suite at my company would shut down our plant, and I would have to find another job. I was right. My job search resulted in postings at only large companies. My volunteer experience at non-profits and being a consumer of small businesses and government services made me realize that large companies seemed to be the only entities that invested in process improvement personnel. It didn’t seem fair.

In my experience, non-profits, public organizations, and small businesses could benefit most from more streamlined processes but don’t usually have people like me working for them. That’s when I found my calling.

While finishing my master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, I founded Trifectiv PPS--dedicated to teaching these organizations how to identify wasteful practices that made them inefficient. I developed the Trifectiv Solutions program to guide leaders through simple, proven strategies to achieve huge productivity gains and save money through process improvement.

Clients have experienced all this without adding headcount or raising capital. They’ve saved money by using existing, but underutilized resources, and making small adjustments to existing processes. Now they have the same tools previously hoarded by large organizations at their disposal to sustain future growth.
